On June 21st, Proof had the opportunity to participate in Uptown Waterloo’s Solstice Sampling. If you missed it, Solstice Sampling is a chance for the community to sample some of the select dishes created by Waterloo’s local restaurants, all while listening to some great music!
We were thrilled by the positive response that we received from the community! We served our soon-to-be famous pulled pork sliders: with chipotle BBQ sauce, grilled pineapple, our special relish and red cabbage sauerkraut. It is an exciting preview of the kind of dishes that Proof will be offering when we open at the end of August.
A day that isn’t approaching fast enough! We’re so looking forward to introducing you to our menu that is as delicious as it is diverse. In just a couple months, you will know exactly what we are so excited about.
