It’s Proof + Patio Season
We’ve missed you!
Firstly, we’ve loved serving everyone through our Proof to Go takeout + delivery service for the past few months and we want to thank you all for the support you’ve shown us while we adapted to the rapidly changing restaurant environment throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
However, with the nice weather starting to roll in, we’ve really started to miss enjoying the summer weather with all of you on our famous patio. That’s why we’re so excited to announce that our patio will be reopening July 1st at 2 PM! If you’re as pumped as we are, read more to learn all of the details:
New Safety Measures
As we re-open our patio, your safety is our top priority. We will be doing everything we can to keep the environment clean and safe while still providing you a great patio dining experience. Our strategies include all team members wearing masks, practicing physical distancing and sanitizing all surfaces frequently and thoroughly. We also will be operating at 50% capacity to ensure physical distancing between tables, and tables will have a maximum capacity of 6 people per table. If you don’t feel comfortable coming to see us just yet, we will continue to offer takeout & delivery through our Proof to Go service as well.
New Hours
Moving forward, our patio will be open Wednesday – Sunday from 2 PM – 10 PM. Because we will be operating at 50% capacity during these hours, we encourage you to reserve your table.
New Menu
With our newly re-opened patio comes an exciting new patio menu serving old favourites and delicious new dishes and handcrafted cocktails. Enjoy mouthwatering starters like our Chef’s Charcuterie Platter and Duck Wings, exciting entrées like our Spicy Tofu Poke Bowl and our famous Baja Fish Tacos and beat the heat with classic cocktails like our Tropical Sangria and Pink Proof Lemonade or our amazing selection of beers, ciders & wines. We know things may seem a little different, but our team is doing everything we can to bring you the Proof patio experience you know and love while following all safety precautions to keep everyone safe and healthy amidst the new normal that is restaurant dining in 2020. You can expect the same delicious food, welcoming team members and summer patio vibes that you’ve always come to us for while still staying safe.
